How to Request Account Deletion:

  1. In-App Deletion: Open your DnyanoDev application (Gram Kar Setu or ArogyaConnect), navigate to your Profile or Settings menu, and select the "Delete Account" option. Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion request.

What Will Be Deleted:

  • User account credentials and profile information
  • Personal contact information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • User preferences and settings
  • Health records and medical information (ArogyaConnect only)
  • All user-generated content and documents

What Will Be Retained:

  • Aggregated and anonymized data used for analytics and service improvement (cannot be linked to you)
  • Records required by law to maintain (e.g., tax records)
  • Data necessary for fraud prevention and security purposes

Data Retention Period:

  • Personal account data will be deleted within 30 days of your deletion request
  • Backups containing your data may be retained for up to 90 days for system recovery purposes
  • Legal and compliance records may be retained as required by applicable regulations

Processing Timeline:

Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will begin the deletion process immediately. Complete removal of all personal data from our active systems will occur within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • After deletion, you will not be able to access any of your data or services
  • If you have outstanding transactions or pending payments, you may need to settle these before account deletion
  • Deletion does not affect data you have already shared with third-party services
